Thales of Miletus spoke of Arjé as the first element, the birthright of the universe. Arjé are the oceans, the rivers, the living, and the dead. Water is the absolute principle of all the elements.

In Arjé, I poeticize with painting, sculpture, and words the meaning of water. Using water and salt, I intervene on paper, canvas, rock, and other surfaces.
