An ode to the water cycle and its materiality. I modeled black ceramics that were exhibited in Wasserburg, a town on the Inn River in the Alps. There I used water from the Inn itself and salt from the Alps to crystallize in the ceramics over time. The connection of the mountains to the sea through the water and its materiality is fulfilled by objects found in both environments and brought into the installation.
